Matthew, The place in Queen Creek is a block away from the mall, appears to be in a good location.

REgardless, others should not be blocking the entrance to parking spots.

I do fix and flip and it is a good area but I know of at least 4 other flippers actively working the same 40 block area.

Maybe particular street doesn't "feel" as nice to me as the neighboring block.  

I am going to be painting on the exterior side of several dozen windows.The wall is made of stucco concrete blocks, and the window is recessed about 4" into the wall. 

As everyone is saying, you can have as few as one or two blocks separating C and A class properties.It’s definitely challenging but keeps you sharp investing in the area.
