Most of the houses I'm interested in are multi families or abandoned houses.

Call the alderman back and say 311 referred him to you.If the guy across the street owns the cars on the vacant lot, I'm guessing only the owner of the lot can call and get them towed-the guy who owns the cars should know who the owner is or he's very ballsy to just park his car on a lot that belongs to a stranger.you could call and say there are abandoned cars on the lot and see if they will get towed.

Anyone have experience with buying a property with multiple abandoned mobiles.

Been driving around RVA some looking at and collect info on abandon homes.

Once informed, I think most tenants would abandon the effort due to chasing and meeting the requirements.To show some 'humanity' on the issue, I would also make it clear the "sitting for the grandchild" certainly is not a problem.
