in my market, if a Renter had good credit, they would buy, not rent. the FICO Model id kinda crap in mu opinion anyway. in an Ideal world I would love to rent to 800 Credit score tenants, but I just dont see too many of them in apartments, if high score people are renting, it probably temporary till they find the house they want. if its an issue for you set a standard written in your screening process that sets a standard, maybe with a higher security deposit.
