The biggest piece of advice; recognize that you are not always the right fit for someone, and they are not always the right fit for you.

REI, like life in general, is a combination of Geometry (recognizing and multitasking/planning out solutions to problems) and Algebra (application of those solutions).This is why whenever someone asks "what books they should read to help them learn REI", I always answer with "Geometry and Algebra".

While some states have better protections for LLCs than others, when it comes to real estate courts only want to recognize local protections.

The LLs should recognize the new identified risks associated with COVID and set rents appropriately. 

The worst part is they aren't that smart and I don't think they are even legitimate but while I disagree with them 100% morally I do recognize their power. 

I knew the area and recognized that it was a great location.

This is my primary residence, so I could put less money down, hopefully I can get the first rental here within the year, very different ball game though I recognize, but gotta start somewhere
