One of the folks in my network (Canadian) is actively buying HVAC business on the East Coast with his partner with the intention of scaling up operations and either enjoying the cash flows or selling to a bigger player. 

That market is always hot and there are 6-8 players who tend to end up with the majority of the good locations.

I do know areas like nashville and surrounding communities do have many competitors in the area, but we have a lot of supporting that that in the near and short term will not be able to keep up with demand even with the current players in town and entering the market. 

I a professional team that I can refer to you in the area (contractors, attorneys and other very helpful and needed team players). 

Now within that hedge fund space you have all types.....the big boys and smaller player.

I actually work for a brokerage here in town that specializes in selling distressed property, so meeting with investors and getting to know local players is a big part of what I do :) Also, I am definitely planning on starting my own investing very soon.

Moreover, we've had the privilege of connecting with high-level players in the real estate world that would have been nearly impossible to access without our Subto affiliation.Pace Morby, the driving force behind Subto, is a beacon of knowledge and inspiration.

Many of the bigger players have left town so demand is down and is now considered a buyer's market for the most part.

You need to know who the players are on your team, even if you haven't yet built one.
