It was clearly a marketing mistake to many observers.

A couple of observations:1.

Then look up the following criteria:Unemployment ratesPopulation growthAge range population changes Median rent ratesVacancy ratesPercentage of job sectors (says be careful in areas that have one dominant sector +25% bc if that sector tanks it will most likely have a neg impact on rents)Top employers (same as above)The you take that data and observe the trend over the last 5 years to try and get a good grasp on how that area is trending.

So, I'm interested in any geographical metrics or observations that people have.  

An observation on this topic.It’s interesting to see how the attitude differs from region to region in this discussion.

As a kid her and her siblings were diagnosed with ADHD (she said they are fed high doses of sugar and crap to get them to spaz out during the observation period) and the parents collected their "disability" checks until they turned 18.

@Latisha DouglasI’ve learned from many mentors and through observation to never get into class D and really even class C tenants.

My observation is a number of people have posted disappointment in working with gurus (one more posted in this thread already) and I have not seen many if any positive posts about working with expensive gurus.  

Of course, this is only one man's observation and opinion.With regards to financial freedom, it means you own the most precious commodity in the world. 

Let them observe what you're doing and then see the results.
