Now, here's my thoughts for the immediately future, and at least four months though......With Congress giving $1,200 per person, $2,400 per family, plus $500 per child, plus an extra $600 per week in unemployment benefits for four months, these tenants shouldn't be reaching out to their landlord until at least August, except to ask for April rent to be paid in full as soon as that gov't check comes.

S8 has nothing to do with these matters and I would only involve them as a courtesy to let them know what the tenant's done re: damages and child sleeping in the basement because it will disqualify them for the program.
