It's in a part of town that is being revamped from former industrial to nice stores, shops, restaurants, and businesses and I believe there is even some money offered to help revamp that part of town if you purchase something and help improve the area.  

However, I often like to do business with vendors who are recommended to me. 

The amount of new jobs has already begun to stimulate the economy and small business growth.

Create columns for Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip and then contact info: Last Contact, Relationship, Status, Email & Phone.IMPORTANT: do NOT ask people for THEIR business, ask for referrals!

I already feel like I have a good base of knowledge but I'm still a little confused on the legal side of the business and there is definitely more that I need to learn.

A good home Inspector does not do 'Code Compliance' inspections, it's none of their business -  except to maybe just mention it.It's time to see how badly this buyer wants the house IMHO....
