You can get accused of discrimination, but all you really need is a set of pre-written screening criteria and also questions you ask every potential applicant. 

Be sure and do proper screening to help reduce chances of getting a bad tenant.

Tell them you want to do some marketing for them and bring them pre-screened seller leads.

Their engine doesn't screen comps properly and your estimates can be way over or way under.

There is already a level of comfort and usually they know to an certain extent what each other wants.Last on my list is syndications where they want long close times and it's not  a blind pool and they have to raise the money and some buyer might drop out at the last second.I have sheets and a screening process for my buyers.

Be careful how you screen.

It can take more effort than people realize to get properties rent-ready, contract terms in place, showings/screenings, etc.

I can open up the BP app but when I click on a topic, the program closes and I am directed back to my phone's home screen.

Do you have multiple investment mortgages already, that is the only reason I would think they would screen you further?
