I generally stick to the Heights eastward toward I-271, but I also really like the growing artist colony in North Collinwood, although it's adjacent to some war zones.

I'm considering a turnkey property in the Redbird/Five Mile Creek area of South Dallas. Is this a good neighborhood for a 3 bed/2 bath rental?

I would approach every adjacent lot/vacant land on a case by case scenario and weigh the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Adjacent to one of my properties someone purchased half a new duplex for $450K when it was a hole in the ground. 6 months later when it was finished the other half sold for $515K.

I spent today with the court appointed receivers at a meeting the airport.

If it's a small 600 square foot house one small about 2500 sq ft with the adjacent 2500 lot as part of the purchase, should I merge the two parcels into one larger about 5k sq ft lot?  

The property is located in South Milwaukee, Southeast of the airport. 

I have a opportunity to by three adjacent lots at the end of a cul-de-sac, but would need to extend the road and the cul-de-sac.

Have you looked in Wilmington (or adjacent Carson)?

Though closer to the Airport and located on a busier street, it had the qualities I looked for in a SFH. 1 bed and bath is located in the lower half of the home, which I use as my Homeowners Hide-away.
