What about mosquitoes and spiders;).They can be a small problem occasionally, especially if there is a food source...dog food, chicken feed, they often hang out around wood piles.  

@Alex Craig  that's a good perspective.. my desire with the site was to Frankly out some of the very poor players and have the upper echelon move up the food chain as it were.. and I think we are seeing that..

So now I am looking into buying multi family because I feel I have more control over its value.As you read more about what's available you will hone in on what best suits you and then you can have laser focus on that strategy.Hope this gave you some food for thought, I look forward to seeing you around the forums.

I'm sure as you know, everything is within walking distance, and it's a very big food/bar scene, but not in a negative way.

I could argue that the down payment is coming from income, as I'm working full time, and the loan is for tuition/rent/food (living expenses). 

They are doing some rehabs currently and it's a beautiful property with a wonderful food garden in the front and back. 

We are in Pharma and Food sales.

Add to that old, leaky windows, humid basements, crawl spaces, leaky roofs, and you have elevated humidity in a food-rich environment, where mold is concerned.
