I own Student Housing around University of Toledo, and that's a lot different than how UT works.

Tyler has peaked my interest as a starting place because the demographic/work force seems to be a bit younger from what I have read, and UT is launching their medical school in the midtown district, which I think is going to bring in more population, business, etc.
