I've been through it several times, I feel your pain.Not to add salt to the wound, but the only thing worse than the ridiculous legal squabble over an open envelope is that you were paying the bill for the cost of the lender's counsel to give you all of that grief.

Lawn care is fine (not tree removal or landscaping) interior light bulbs, batteries, cleaning supplies they use inside, gutter cleaning, well/water filters and salt for water softener, mail post and box (if rural and common for the area), pest control, exterior cleaning of siding, doors, windows could be allowed.
