It's a little hard to know exactly what to suggest for you as we don't know all the specifics of how your direct deposits would act each month... are they automated, are they consistent dollars amounts, are you just paying into different accounts at the same bank, etc.From a banking perspective: You would likely have to either accomplish this through your bank directly, or with a company / app that is allowed access to your bank accounts, which if your bank couldn't do it, I would think you would be paying for the service to make it happen.
