My friend just bought a place just south of the airport.

Every Thursday I look over craigslist rental postings for the towns I have decided to look into (adjacent to where I live).

We've got beautiful hiking throughout the state, access to beaches all along the eastern coast, Boston and NYC are in easy striking distance, a great airport with no traffic (Bradley), mostly wonderful schools, relatively low priced housing in much of the state, decent climate, a mostly liberal and tolerant social climate, and still plenty of corporate employers. 

I fly weekly so proximity to an airport is on the wish list.Where are the young professionals living in Dallas?

They are looking to hold the property indefinitely, and I can see them eventually working out deals with all the property owners with adjacent properties to their current church to keep expanding.Holding the financing for them is very attractive to them, and then eventually they would solicit funds from their congregation to pay off the mortgage down the road.
