HV can sell themselves on what they have to offer as a franchise, I have no issue with that, just don't make false claims you can't possibly have the data to back up.Can you show me proof that no HV franchisee has ever gone belly up and regretted their 50k investment?

Thee can be in the form of security deposit, insurance deposit, due diligence fees, etc.Don't buy into the false promises.

There's great people here that could be guru's if they wanted to, but instead believe in helping others in the business without getting an absurd amount of money.

Well to BP members and other's the answer is obvious but looks like the media wants to put a negative spin on it and say we are shutting out opportunity for these buyers.This is completely absurd.

If the same owner is owner or record or last seller of more than 3 of my comps I won't buy the house without mitigating the concern with a substancial concession... its frigging too easy to munipulate value falsely when the same person is sell in.

And I wasn't giving false hope to the seller agent or lender.

The complaint was false advertising for "cash offers".

I was just pointing out how absurd it is for someone with a real estate license to take issue with Permitting & GC licensing laws & regulations when having to follow those rules offends his sensibilities.  

@MichaelQuarles thanks for the input .. but the 3 letters I got through all mention buying the house, which is specifically what i'm not trying to do .. and I don't want to start a lead off with false promise.
