He asks for a room and puts a Euro100 note on the reception counter, takes a key and goes to inspect the room located up the stairs on the third floor.• The hotel owner takes the banknote in a hurry and rushes to his meat supplier to whom he owes E100.• The butcher takes the money and races to his supplier to pay his debt.• The wholesaler rushes to the farmer to pay E100 for pigs he purchased some time ago.• The farmer triumphantly gives the E100 note to a local prostitute who gave him her services on credit.• The prostitute quickly goes to the hotel, as she was owing the hotel for her hourly room used to entertain clients.At that moment, the rich Russian comes down to reception and informs the hotel owner that the room is unsatisfactory and takes his E100 back and departs.There was no profit or income.

Eventually I’d like to get out of the rat race through RE, but continue working for fun.

Kathlyn,Not to beat a dead horse, but I will occur with both Roberts regarding letting the PM Company handle this.  

EM deposits are another factor that will get you over the top.I would routinely put up 5 to 20k EM back in the 90's in Oregon when the local custom ws 500 bucks or 1000 bucks and my deal went to the top.. many listing agents had never seen that back in the day and would just gush over how motivated we were for the property.NOw I am seeing many hud type homes or who ever the government seller is require 10% EM and I personally LOVE that.. that keeps those who don't have any cash competing against you... and that alone will bring more deals to those with the horse power to take them down.

I agree that it really depends on the area, around here the section 8 applicants I have encountered tend to be very "ghetto" regardless of race.

Have a mini farm with 2 horses and 4 dogs and love the country setting.
