I can guarantee you that I don't expect anyone to do my job & if I could access the home without them, it would be done but clearly they are independently wealthy and don't have a desire to earn their commission.

I am sure he has enough collateral in the bank as he is known to be a very wealthy businessman, not to mention thrifty.

Nevertheless, I'm always skeptical of those whom teach full time as opposed to teaching and doing.If his wealth is from teaching and not real estate that's a huge red flag...

Put another way, sophisticated wealthy people are far less worried about losing money honestly, as when an investment is done in good faith but just doesn't work out as planned, as they are about losing money dishonestly.
