Also check out street view, if possible, for the same purpose.If possible, get a driver's license and a) take a photo, or b) write down and keep the data, just in case.

One of the best drivers is motivation, and seems like you two have a lot of that.

It is easy if you know what you are doing and understand the drivers behind the process. 

@James Enright In Florida having been an investor there for 40+ years, the only license you need to be an investor or for wholesaling is a driver's license.  

I am guessing in Seattle one of the drivers is new construction costs and specifically land cost/availability. 

I have seen it as few as 15 and as many as 105 other drivers. network with other drivers there to learn some of the ins and outs. 

Clearly their focus is on performance and the experience of the driver, not luxury of the back seat or fuel economy.

You're living there; if you can work a screw driver, you will cut your costs substantially.It is rarely a good idea to rent to friends.
