After recently re-listening to BP Podcast 328, I was inspired to make a weekly goal score-card which tracks how well I drive each goal to completion (arrive to work on time, so many home cooked meals per week, exercising so many times per week, etc.).

Going out to dinner three times a week with the family can really eat up a lot of cash, so something as simple as cooking more meals at home can make a huge difference.If you really want to get technical, look over your expenses the past 3 months and see where you are spending the most and where you can cut back, then stick to it.
