I'm in idaho and want to take control of a property that's been abandoned for a decade

For example I block schedule writing yellow letters to abandon properties everyday.  

I have been very unsuccessful in locating a homeowner of an abandoned property.

I was living in Kuwait when my second ex-wife (Lucifer) in Alabama told me she was abandoning our previous house.

I am in an area with skyrocketing rent with abandoned building a stone's throw away.  

There are tons of boarded and abandoned homes in my area.

Other tasks including marketing, CO inspections, lien negotiating, research, property showings/marketing (to buyers) and other issues we face (we specialize in abandoned properties which often come with a bunch of legal and title issues) we handle ourselves for the most part.And together we pretty much have everything covered.

All other houses were abandoned.

My issue here is that I don't have anyone "on the ground" , I've proven adept at scouting my local markets for deals via abandoned homes, absentee owners, foreclosures etc but the key there is that it's "local".
