We could spend 8 hours talking about RE while picking up old windows and wood trim. ;) 

Weighing if that's the right next move.My wife Rachel has an IT background so we are constantly churning out ideas for a more technology focused venture.I've been more active in marketing accilliary services, such as tree trimming using my bucket truck as an outlet to take my mind out of the RE grind while evaluating other opportunitiesInvolving my wife in everything in a weird way is about diversifying, because we can parallel process and perhaps go as much as 2x faster when we judge it another good time to start buying. 

I've invested 18k in flooring, roof, trim, appliances, paint, drywall, and other things to get the home in good condition.

The range of our work goes from flooring installation, cabinet installation, custom woodwork, trim, painting and more.

@Andrew Johnson  Thanks, the windows and trim are all stained wood and not painted but the soffits could be an issue. 

As the picture said that was before getting to the weeds, it is all cleaned up and pressure washed (lawn is trimmed too, really is a bad photo haha) I just didn't have a newer picture of it at the moment.I also just moved to Tampa as well, but have to finish this one up in Orlando.

But the problem is when it does get trashed, its just a headache for make ready because I have to get someone to get the old stuff out of there and put in laminate.I think another thing I notice is the doors and trim.

(Same issue with door and window trim).

Are the cabinets in the inlaw showing signs of water, did they remove the doors and door trim?

The baseboards were chewed up from animals so I replaced all of the wood trim throughout the house.
