Weighing if that's the right next move.My wife Rachel has an IT background so we are constantly churning out ideas for a more technology focused venture.I've been more active in marketing accilliary services, such as tree trimming using my bucket truck as an outlet to take my mind out of the RE grind while evaluating other opportunitiesInvolving my wife in everything in a weird way is about diversifying, because we can parallel process and perhaps go as much as 2x faster when we judge it another good time to start buying.

As the picture said that was before getting to the weeds, it is all cleaned up and pressure washed (lawn is trimmed too, really is a bad photo haha) I just didn't have a newer picture of it at the moment.I also just moved to Tampa as well, but have to finish this one up in Orlando.

But the problem is when it does get trashed, its just a headache for make ready because I have to get someone to get the old stuff out of there and put in laminate.I think another thing I notice is the doors and trim.
