Electricians do very well and being learned in a trade is a leg up when it comes to property repairs.We're lousy with 18 year old "entrepreneurs" and a small handful of them are actually working hard and succeeding.

I have been around construction my entire life and have had jobs as an electrician and plumber.

Get a team of contractors for HVAC, plumber, electrician and reliable handyman, eviction attorney.

We then run through with a general contractor, electrician, roofing company or any company that will be part of the overall renovation cost.  

If your offer gets accept then bring a contractor and/or specialized professional(s) in (electrician, plumber, HVAC, engineer, etc) to provide actual estimates.

Dead simple install for your electrician.

Definitely get the regular inspections done and I would also consider bringing in a plumber and electrician.

I not want handymen doing my projects or do it myself unless there is a serious reasons.I did and I'm not happy with results and since then I avoid not professional doing anything for me.....and I don't mean licensed - I hire electrician who does this for living and he's better than overpriced company with license.
