I'm interested in short term investing in mobile homes, in western Canada.

I haven't purchased another property in the last 6 years, but recently decided to emerge from hibernation and re-focus on my real estate goals.I look forward to networking and learning from other investors in the BiggerPockets community, and attend meetups where I reside in Seattle as well as back home in Western PA.I currently have six roofs (used to be 7 but had a total loss fire a couple years back), and plan to focus on:-Improving the profitability of the properties I have-Begin adding properties again-Building towards my first commercial (5+ unit) purchase-Focus on $10k per month in cashflow-Refine my business structureBrian

Western Maryland (Hagerstown), and perhaps Baltimore and parts of DC metro.

We might expand our search out to western Ma or even NH for cheaper places. 

Tyler Bernhard with New Western Acquisitions in Houston is a great guy and should be able to give you some great advice.As for funding, a turn key rental is going to be close to retail value unless you can find a good deal.

Analyst has already begun to compare housing in Dubai with those in the UK & other western markets.

As an agent here in Western North Carolina I have been posed the question by a client whether or not it is better to have a separate bank account per investment property or to have all the income flow into one account. 

I was thinking Vegas because it's so close but after hearing a few podcasts, I'm not going to limit myself to the western region.
