Most bigger cities in Idaho, all over Utah, Colorado Springs and Las Vegas area.

Very odd management system - but all the company is sourced in Utah (one location in IL).  

I'll be back in UT monday and will be visible again on BP.

It is centally located to Phoenix, CA UT and drivable from OR, and a cheap quick flight for many too.

I love the fact that I've been building and touting St George, Utah and SO tx for sometime.

You can take advice about people that are thinking about it or people that actually are doing it, for myself I would take the latter.Hehe, man I love Utah :) I still have to challenge my valuations with the HUDs but mine should come in around 5% here :) Got my insurance down around 2%.
