This house LITERALLY needs nothing EXCEPT (lol) the hallways reconfig'ed as right now the 3rd bdrm is only accessible thru one of the original bdrms (and wood paneling replaced in added-on 3rd bdrm because, let's be honest, it's some hideous stuff).

The panel boxes are fuses and were a concern to the buyer as a future expense 11. 8 has vinyl replacement windows which was a positive for the buyerCedarwood Terrace1.

I think if you start out asking for seller financing from the start it screams "I have no money and can't do this deal without your seller financing" so I'd recommend establishing an agreement/deal first, and then seeing if seller financing is a possiblity.We had a panel of people who had successfully used seller financing, a few months back at RIREIG, so if you want to talk to people who have successfully found/done/created seller financing deals, that's one place you could go to make some contacts and ask about it some more.

I have been told we can use ARC vault breakers to improve the security if the electrical panel is compatible, or change the panel if it is not compatible.

I did replace my nice glass front door with a solid door that I gave my dad we traded. and my sons ceiling fan I put up I'm taking with me and the only other thing I gave away is 8 brand new interior nice 6 panel doors such as bed/bathrooms.So yes there are no interior doors on bedroom/bathrooms.

I do not know Alexis and many of you on this panel, but I don't understand from Alexis point, why she feels like she needs to defend herself.When you go to defend yourself you automatically become a target of citicisum.
