But I suppose in the context of finding deep discounted paper your correct pricing is up.You also have the HOW to guys selling to the mass's who then create competition for yourselves.and of course they kind of all sell the same advice.. get a list of seller carry backs and direct mail them LOL.. so its the needle in the Haystack and how much you want to spend on lead gen.However with the crowdfunders jumping in the space I suppose that has gotten a little tougher as well.
