If it’s so awesome, why wasn’t it adapted en mass years ago?

It’s definitely not as “sexy” as HGTV makes it out to be; it seems to be a lot more about that mass appeal to sell your flip quickly and efficiently.

I've worked on these in Mass, NH, NY, and PA.  

But I suppose in the context of finding deep discounted paper your correct pricing is up.You also have the HOW to guys selling to the mass's who then create competition for yourselves.and of course they kind of all sell the same advice.. get a list of seller carry backs and direct mail them LOL.. so its the needle in the Haystack and how much you want to spend on lead gen.However with the crowdfunders jumping in the space I suppose that has gotten a little tougher as well.

Probably true but in balance they still win even bigger - I believe they make far more $ on their masses of desperate customers who continue to pay the minimum payment month after month, no matter how high the APR goes.
