Hi Brian,Welcome to BP~ Hope you are exploring a lot of RE education here~ I did and still am learning a lot from this resource.

I am in the process of getting HARD numbers from the Sellers and exploring the amount of work (from contractors) needed to get this up to where it needs to be.  

Also which companies are actually reputable to deal with.

So, the idea is to buy a reputable Property Management Company to gap my lack of creditable experience and lack of credit, in order to get financing for buying 20 to 50 unit Multi Family properties.
