Build your empire, not someone else's. 

I do know a lot about funding and raising capital and have experience in doing so for my tech company but I would like to take my knowledge and put into rental properties/real estate and build and empire over the years being I’m only 25 years old.

It sounded like rats where building a small empire in our attic.

I really want to buy multi-units (4+) maybe in the Inland Impire area using stated income commercial loan..Is this a good idea?

If I were to purchase my first home with a 3.5% FHA loan, live there and repair it for a year, then quit claim to an llc, rent it out, then purchase a second FHA loan home, what do I do after another year has passed? ...
