Are you ok with felons or sex offenders living in your household?

I hate to make any assumptions, but I would assume these duplexes have been converted to condominiums so they can be sold one side at a time.

I'm in Washington state, so you can't use this as is, but here is an example from our crime free addendum, which came out of a partnership with our local police:Crime Free Rental Agreement AddendumFor the premises identified in the rental agreement, Landlord and Tenant agree as follows: Tenant, any members of the tenant's household or a guest or other persons affiliated with the tenant:1.Shall not engage in criminal activity, including drug-related criminal activity, on or near the said premises.

Try to reduce or eliminate household expenses that are not necessary.Second, I would focus on consolidating high interest debt maybe to a 0% balance transfer card.  

But at least for my inherited section 8 tenant, section 8's payment has varied (I think it's dependent on household composition).

What Fred Heller is talking about is the problem often with condos, banks want to see a high owner occupant percentage to feel comfortable doing a loan in a condominium complex.
