If you are with a brokerage that is not affiliated with NAR or REALTORS then you are looking at real estate commission laws for your state and not NAR.The REC generally will have a section on ADVERTISING rules and regulations.

All I read were cognitive proclamations to justify continuing business as usual, a natural response to be defensive of ones actions and lower expectations.The things that one may be liable for goes much deeper than most can comprehend, tortuous conduct is something in wholesaling that is clearly not understood.

Okay, this is going to be long, please bear with me and if you really want to understand the points I've made, read it.Unless state laws are written at a 5th grade level saying "do not do this....." many cannot comprehend the meaning and intent of laws and regulations being opposed to or contrary to, restricting what they are trying to accomplish.
