Spend 30 minutes a day on Bigger Pockets by connecting with “colleagues,” perusing blogs and videos, and engaging with others on the forums: http://www.biggerpockets.com/meet 7.

You will find videos there on how to send these emails thru your gmail account from a Google Spreadsheet.  

I truly hope the property manager will provide lots of pictures (or a video) of each and every room and that they have PERSONALLY been there.  

As a hobby I'm working on one website for real estate listings where landlords/owners can list their property and also get professional pictures and video tour from our people ready for their listings.
