Even though I can see it wasn't the best decision to jump ship on my business with what I discovered was insufficient cushion in my monthly cash flow numbers, honestly, I'm still glad I sold my business when I did.

They also need to be sure to change their "shipping"address before placing any orders through Amazon or elsewhere.

Then the other night I watched a program where they were using shipping containers and converting them to housing.

None of it would make me jump ship, I just will negotiate the fees down a little.

Even though they are shipping containers getting them from one place to another maybe the largest cost in acquiring them.The shipping container properties I have seen also required a lot of regular preventative maintenance.
