I know I did not until a client was explaining how he got wiped out when his vacant house burned down.. 100k lost still on the hook for 70k loan .. can't walk ruin his credit and in Texas they can and do get deficiency judgments when you walk from a mortgage regardless of the reason.. its something that can destroy an investor or put them in bankruptcy.  

Needless to say, he said he would "ruin" my husband financially and he almost did.  

I have a go fund me page, and I am also trying to help my friend with Stage 4 Breast Cancer, so I was hoping to maybe flipn a few homes, with their help, and get my brother involved so he could also have a income, since after 340 t years that let him go from his job, and he has 2 kids in college....I will be reading your comments and asking questions often.

His wife has cancer.

The only advice I can give is don't let that cloud of negativity ruin the fulfilling investments you're going to go on to do from here. 

As a matter of fact he has ruined many newbies that lost a lot of money or are stuck with the terrible property.

I served twelve years in the Army but had to get out after getting cancer.

Not good.I'm sure you're not out to ruin anyone's career, but I'd seriously consider reporting these guys.

BUT, I'm tired, tired of being simply a student, with my upbringing I am ready to make a change.This past year my Father was diagnosed with cancer and has since beat the ailment.

Most business people can't afford to have a client ruin business for them with other clients or even potential ones.
