Hello BP community , I am new to real estate investing in the San Antonio area, I have capital to invest in and my credit score is 640 , I plan on using the  VA loan for my personal residence but I want to see other options for a rental property.

Well... he BOUGHT $1B in assets... that are now worth closer to $600M, destroying the life savings of many of his investors in the process.

I personally just attend 1 to 3 auctions in my home state of SC.

(It used to be monthly, in-person.)They make money if you buy properties from their affiliates, and can provide additional free, one-on-one guidance via their investment counselors.

If so, how do you personally plan your tax around it?

now how am I doing this as a seller.. as I dont represent buyers and I only sell what I personally own.. we work in about 10 states so each one will be different..

I'm another Mansfield person and I'm always looking to connect with other locals.

I personally include washers and dryers in all my rentals and even have dishwashers and microwave range hoods in my nicer rentals.
