I also collect gems and diamond quality type clients from the inquiries for commercial real estate.I think the key is to not get upset by changes but discuss them and talk about are the changes working and better than what was there before?

As for the person that complained I know there are a ton of people out there with mental problems and I don't want to deal with them and I know you don't like being an unofficial post office worker so I'll be happy so send them a note saying I'm sorry if my inquiry upset them and if they are not interested that is fine, only a small percentage of people are interested at any one time and I will take them off my list because I don't want to waste postage and other money and time sending to someone that is not interested so I appreciate it when someone that is not interested lets me know, after all it saves me money.
