Sounds like the city completely bailed them out of the fact their house had fallen into disrepair causing harm and danger to anyone who was in and around that property.

The jobs were basic warehouse jobs and did not pay a lot but the Vets coming to us were all recovering from substance abuse, many had been homeless and or had been in jail.  

No characters were harmed in my breakdown. 

I really enjoy the shows because they have more substance and realistic expectations than some others that I have heard.

I've seen some videos on youtube where someone recommend a tar like substance to fill those holes and prevent moisture getting in.

But, there is no harm in trying to see what they and others can do.

So as to ad some substance to this forum I want to ask about Nextfoor.com, typically the people who join it are new/younger owners in the area.

It doesn't protect against other individuals infringing on those rights.That being said, I echo the common sentiment that posting "no gun" signs makes you/your property a target, and people that would use a weapon to harm others without justification will possess them anyway.
