@Aaron Mott post the market or pay for pro membership you will be able search Bigger Pockets Members list and look for members  who have information associated with what you are seeking.                               

I have heard of LaneGuide, which is a directory that provides contact information for lenders once you pay a yearly membership fee. 

Jem here, just purchased my Pro membership today and it already feels like one of the best decisions I made.

It will make evictions more difficult in the event of a full courtroom process (ie proving the LLC & your membership).

They do have an annual membership fee but it's nominal compared to the savings gained.Hope this helps,Casey 

If you stick with it, membership is like $10/month and you pay quarterly.
