Hello BP community!!! Good day to everybody! Jem here, just purchased my Pro membership today and it already feels like one of the best decisions I made. Newbie, starting, beginning real estate investor is what I call myself, and knowledge and guidance is what I am aiming for. Weakness and fear is what creeps to everybody and today, I'm proud to say I overcame those and took a big step towards financial freedom and stability.

Now my goals and targets, realistic goal so far is to try to learn and familiarize myself with several markets specifically Florida (Jacksonville area), Indiana (Indianapolis and surrounding area) and Chicago and burbs (Go Bulls!) for property acquisition. Realistic target is for a good property acquisition in those markets within 6 months to a year.

Once again, thank you BP for this outlet of a chance towards financial stability through real estate and hopefully, sooner or later, I could update this post to something better in a couple of years, if not months!

Jem
