Again I know this is such a rudimentary question but the psyche of it all fascinates me. 

I am an entrepreneur with a life science equipment sales business operated out of a home office for the past three years.

It is time to rotate some of those dollars out of stocks and into real estate as seed money for this new endeavor.I may be putting the cart before the horse here, as I am looking to try one cosmetic or advanced cosmetic flip to see if it suits me, but given the great fun I have had working with subs on projects on my personal property and my fascination with construction and transforming spaces, I believe that it could easily be something I continue to do.

This has always fascinated me but i'm not sure where i could better learn of it or even what this type of real estate buying is called.

It's not rocket science just use Heloc to pay off your mortgage.

Hello everyone ever since I was young I always felt fascinated by real estate and now entering the real world and looking at job application processes, I realized that my true passion is investing in real estate.

It's really pretty fascinating and many Christian religions, think Mennonites or the Amish, govern themselves using similar sets of religious law. 

This is definitely more of an art than a science.  2-3% is absolutely reasonable depending on the market.

But then again learning this stuff isn't rocket science.
