Looking for private office

I am an entrepreneur with a life science equipment sales business operated out of a home office for the past three years. I am looking to move into a full time private office at an escrow, mortgage or real estate office in the Chula Vista area. I am a notary/loan signing agent and would be willing to trade loan signing services for office space.
