Ultimately, it's their house and you could encounter a lot of conflicts when it comes to demo, stylistic choices, etc.

These guys are buying older houses on big lots, demo the house and build two 5/5s or 4/4s on it.

Always good to know because the demo would become your responsibility if you purchase the property.  

Add 2k for the lower quote and they will demo the floor.  

I use it for all communications with my tenants, have received maintenance requests with additional documentation attached, and of course manage payments and leases, etc.They have some demo's and videos showing the portal view on their site.

Looking for a full demo of ground floor condo (tear out bathroom, carpet, kitchen, etc.), new LVP throughout, replace cabinets, appliances, paint and go.  

I still netted $27k on the sale but I admit that I did a lot of the labor myself since demo is fun and it's not that hard to paint and patch some holes.
