I’m 19 so just getting into the world of investing, I have no one else to learn from so I genuinely appreciate all the responses and help. 

It sucks It has to be thIs way but It’s a dog eat dog world and people will steam roll over you if given the chance

I am looking to get into the MFU world and was wondering if it makes sense to get my RE license here in PA where I live if I am just looking to do it for my own personal investing?

@Sebastian RiveraWelcome to the world of real estate where everything with good planning, habits and work ethic can do wonders.There are local meet up groups on real estate; which can give a chance to meet fellow real estate investors.You can do flips (buy-rehab-resell); rentals; wholesale (buy-sell) and other variations. 

After reading, then you can try to rely on what you've learned to estimate costs yourself OR Have a really good contractor on your team that is willing to check out property with you and provide you with competitive estimates OR Work with a Investment Real Estate Company that has decades of experience that estimates rehab costs on a daily basis and has gotten really good at it through real world experienceI hope this helps!
