Formerly I'd see rent to price ratios of 1% or better.Now, the big turnkey players seems to be offering houses at .9% and even as low as .8% (monthly-rent to purchase-price ratio)....so leveraged cashflow seems to be moving closer to break-even.What are you seeing?
