From Tampa originally, toured definitely in a great place to be poised for multifamily appreciation.

When I retire I am going to tour the country and play DVDs on the headrests at the great amazement of the locals who will ask "What on Earth is a DVD?"

Then, the lead can schedule a tour based on your pre-set tour times.  

With rapid advancements in prop tech and a growing trend towards digitizing our daily lives, I am convinced that in-person tours and leasing will eventually become a thing of the past.  

We used the screening form to rule out non-qualifiers and scheduled tours with those who did qualify.

People tour the house and then various prizes are given out.

For myself, I prefer carpets in bedrooms but I guess there are always rugs.For house #2, I would consider vinyl that looks like wood- I have just toured some high end rentals in the Ann Arbor area and this seems to be the way they are building them and it looks NICE.
