Often times there are librarians that can assist with computer technology if they are unfamiliar with computers. 

An automated system for tenant screening is great for high-demand A/B areas that have a high rent price because there is a need to be much more picky and it's more common for applicants to have an understanding of technology.  

While I don't believe the technology is there quite yet, I predict that in the next 50 years the tech will be there to live in space.Among the growing problems on Earth, climate change, population explosion, and international policy, life might not be sustainable for humans.

If you don't already have one installed - and is sounds like you don't - you may want to do the cost benefit analysis on upping your technology.
