With available technology today, the MLS doesn't seem to have nearly the weight that it used to... but the access fees remain high.On the buyer/investor side - Do agents get "early access" to property listings? 

Or varying work experience with changing technologies.  

We haven't done that tho...we hired outsiders to do the big (technology) and the small (building houses).

If we want to keep the technological advance that we enjoy which keep people alive longer, we need the entrepreneurship and the free market that comes with it, The flip side of it is that it comes with costs that fewer and fewer people can afford enjoying those advances.

Technology centers and education that rival none.

The device, system and technology is available online.

Modern technology has provided comforts and conveniences for the average person that not even the wealthiest and most powerful people in history could obtain.

I am a little late to the party on this, but I think there are definitely strategies for web leads.I am a commercial broker and I have had some success with my site - some of which can be attributed to the fact that commercial is probably 10 years behind the technology curve and I am the only agent I know in my market with my own site.

But I wanted to move toward technology.

Finance and real estate is as much an art, in fact more so, than a science, not saying technology isn't artfully composed but not as much as these two areas.
