If you're on thin ice with the deal already maybe it's a no-go, if you've got time and money to hold it and lower the price if need be it could still be a winner.

Well, it was the ice makers, working properly :)On the other hand if they destroy it maliciously or because they don't care/take care of the property I pursue the damage to the fullest extent of my abilities.

Prove you are more honest than anyone with: FICO 800, IRS returns with logical numbers, references with email and phone, background report, website with prior deals before and after with closing statements available to provide solid pudding not ice cream2.
