Despite what everyone says it never made much sense to me because when you invest in that vehicle you are stuck with only garbage options.

I have a garbage bag full of them.

Since it's a condomium association, they know that each unit is individually owned.I would imagine everybody in the building got the same notice, unless yours is somehow obviously a problem.Just make sure the area aournd your door is free from garbage.

There's a broken wallVomit left in the garbage can without the garbage being emptiedDirty dishes left everywhere and obviously not a single check-out instruction completedThe front door was actually left open not to mention the other doors left unlocked. 

They were all in the same place and likely touched the baby.It's a garbage story around a sad death, with heartbroken parents looking for a money grab. 

Ppl at the terrible title company that the bank chose (Solidifi=garbage title co) have been telling my agent basically gossip in that it all is just words but they claim that the title co ppl are "talking to" the Asset Mng co but the story is now going in circles bc there is no new info. 10 days ago, the Asset mng co asked for an extension to this last Wednesday but that day has come and gone and there was not a peep out of anyone except the seller agent telling my agent he wants an extension.

The cost to completely clear out the unit (all garbage, remaining stuff & appliances) was roughly $3,000 with taxes.

Either avoid the retail sales, which are selling way too high even for run down garbage, or go for the ones that can't get a traditional mortgage, such as those needing a new roof, or that have the water turned off. 

Garbage in equals Garbage out.
