What should i do when court give my unit wrong violation

I got this violation for condominium building I own, I just own one unit there . But seems like this voilation is for the building.

The owner, agent, lessee, tenant or occupant of every dwelling or other premises where refuse accumulates shall provide and keep on such premises sufficient and suitable receptacles, with tight-fitting covers, for receiving and holding the aforesaid refuse

Is it a violation or is it a reminder? Since it's a condomium association, they know that each unit is individually owned.I would imagine everybody in the building got the same notice, unless yours is somehow obviously a problem.

Just make sure the area aournd your door is free from garbage.
